Funky Time Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to Funky Time. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules that apply to your use of the Funky Time platform, including the website at funkytime.vin and the Funky Time mobile application ("the Platform"). Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets or wagers.

4. Deposits

All deposits on the Funky Time platform are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the deposit section of your account.

Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are shown at the time of deposit. Maximum deposit limits may also apply to individual accounts based on account verification status or responsible gaming settings.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account balance immediately or within a short processing window depending on your chosen method.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts or cards that belong to you and that you have previously used to deposit, or that you have verified as your own.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. This is a one-time process unless your account details change.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are only permitted once the applicable wagering requirement has been fully completed.
• Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank.
• Funky Time reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if additional verification checks are required. You will be informed of any delay and the reason for it.

If a withdrawal is returned to Funky Time by your payment provider — due to incorrect account details or other reasons — the funds will be returned to your platform balance and you will be asked to resubmit the withdrawal with corrected details. Processing fees incurred as a result of returned withdrawals may be deducted from the returned amount.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Funky Time offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins and VIP rewards. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to the general rules set out here.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing the wagering requirement will result in the bonus balance being removed from your account.
• Bonuses may have time limits within which wagering must be completed. If the time limit expires before wagering is completed, the remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

7. Gameplay Rules

In the event of a malfunction, technical error or disconnection during gameplay:

• Any bet or wager placed during a technical malfunction that results in an incorrect outcome may be voided and the stake returned to your account balance.

• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that market as shown at the time of placing the bet.
• Funky Time reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, including during live in-play events, where the integrity of the market cannot be assured.
• Obvious errors in odds — including pricing errors resulting from a technical fault — do not create a valid contract. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided regardless of whether a settlement has been processed.

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting tools, bots or scripts, or engage in collusion with other players is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

8. Responsible Gaming

Funky Time is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gaming is intended to be entertainment — it should fit comfortably within your personal budget and time, and should never feel like something you cannot stop or control.

Real-money deposits not derived from bonus activity will generally be returned to the originating payment method, except in cases involving fraud or suspected criminal activity where funds may be withheld pending investigation.
